Interpretation & Definitions

In this document, "easy86", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the entity operating the easy86.onl website and all services related to it. "Member", "user" or "player" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on this platform.

"Services" covers all online gambling activities provided, including online slots, sports betting, live casino, sic bo, basketball betting, table games and all other products displayed on the easy86 platform.

"Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus exchange or fund transfer that occurs within a member's account. All transactions are recorded and stored by us and those records are final in any dispute.

Eligibility & Account Registration Requirements

To register and use easy86 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register using true, accurate and current personal information — including full name, identity card number (MyKad), an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Not be representing any corporate entity or third party when registering — the account is for personal use only.
• Not currently be prohibited from using gambling services by any authority or relevant body.
• Not using a VPN, proxy or any method to conceal your actual location when accessing the platform.

Each individual is only allowed one active account. Holding multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed and balances being forfeited without prior notice. easy86 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

easy86 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except cryptocurrency transactions which use the current market exchange rate.

General transaction conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Any attempt to make a withdrawal to a third-party account will be rejected automatically.

easy86 does not charge members a processing fee for standard deposits. However, the bank or third-party e-wallet provider may impose their own charges that are beyond our control. Members are advised to check the terms of service of their respective payment providers.

Bonus & Promotion Conditions

Bonuses offered by easy86 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is allowed. Members are responsible for understanding the conditions of each promotion before accepting it.

easy86 Welcome Bonus:

• Bonus rate: 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering required RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• Example: Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,488 → wagering required RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• easy86 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is detected.
• Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Each promotion has its own additional conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.

Player Responsibilities & Responsible Gambling

easy86 is committed to responsible gambling practices. Every member is reminded that gambling should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. This platform is only suitable for players aged 21 and above who can make financial decisions independently and with full awareness.

As a member, you agree to:

• Set personal deposit and betting limits that are appropriate to your financial means.

Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easy86 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any balance payout:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses through hedging techniques, opposing bets or any method intended to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Owning or using multiple accounts under the same or different names.
• Providing misleading, false or someone else's identity information to easy86.
• Any form of financial fraud including unauthorised credit card chargebacks.
• Harassment, threats or abuse directed at any easy86 staff.

easy86 reserves the right to close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause. In cases where closure occurs at the member's own request without any breach of terms, valid balances will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

Account Security & Data Privacy

Members are fully responsible for the security of their account login credentials (username and password). easy86 recommends using a strong and unique password, and not sharing login information with anyone.

easy86 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect members' personal and financial data. Personal information collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing and service-related communications.

Members' personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except in the following circumstances: to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements, in response to a valid court order, or to prevent fraudulent activity and financial crime. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

easy86 provides an online gambling platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, easy86 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, system errors or unexpected downtime.

easy86 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by members.
• Internet connection disruptions or device issues that affect a gaming session.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses regardless of their cause.
• Acts or omissions by third-party game software providers that operate games on the easy86 platform.

In cases of disputes relating to game outcomes, easy86's server records are final and override any client-side evidence or screenshots submitted by members.

Amendments to Terms & Notice of Changes

easy86 reserves the right to amend, update or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior mandatory notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page with an updated revision date.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable provisions. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted is considered full acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes that significantly affect members' rights, easy86 will endeavour to provide notice via registered email or in-platform notifications where it is reasonable to do so.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

The easy86 platform operates under international licensing and complies with the licensing requirements set by the relevant regulatory body. These terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws of our licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a member and easy86 shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Members are encouraged to contact our customer support team, which operates 24/7 via live chat or email, as the first step towards resolution.

If negotiation does not reach a satisfactory resolution, the disputing parties agree to use the arbitration procedure set by the licensing authority as the final resolution mechanism. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
